2026 Law
The fines are real. We handle the paperwork.
Kuwait Decree-Law 10/2026 for Digital Commerce is in force since 1 March 2026. Every paid post needs proper disclosure, a registered contract, and 5-year financial archives. Fines: 1,000 to 10,000 KWD, plus up to 1 year in jail.
But not your problem. When you book through TATA — contract, disclosure, archive: all handled automatically.

Questions we hear a lot
Do I have to be exclusive to TATA?+
Bookings from TATA-subscribing brands must go through the platform (to protect the contract + payment). Your personal content, older relationships, and bookings with non-TATA brands stay yours.
When do I get paid?+
After you post the content and the brand approves within 3 days. If the brand doesn't respond in that window, the payout auto-releases.
What if the brand rejects the content?+
A dispute opens. TATA's team reviews the contract, brief, and delivered content, then decides: full payout, partial, or refund. Every decision is audit-logged.
Are my rates locked in?+
No. Update them anytime from your profile. In-flight bookings keep the old price; new ones use the new one.
Do I need the MOI/MOCI influencer license?+
We'll require it once verification becomes more broadly enforced. For now we accept influencers in-progress, and mark your profile with a «license pending» badge until it's issued.
What if I don't have a commercial number?+
Not required. TATA acts as the registered intermediary, and the booking flows through our commercial license. You stay independent, funds land in your personal account.
